Project Manager

About Us

We are a reputable MEP contracting company delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver MEP projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, authority regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement, technical submittals, shop drawings, and site activities.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues during project lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP contracting, with at least 5 years in project management role.
• Proven experience managing large commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, planning, and cost management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project) and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC project experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations.
• Experience in fast-track projects.
