Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage exhibition stand projects from initial briefing to final handover.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations and event guidelines.

2. Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Understand client requirements and objectives.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
• Handle client approvals, variations, and change requests.

3. Production & Operations Coordination

• Oversee fabrication and production of exhibition stands.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and material handling.
• Supervise on-site installation and dismantling.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Vendor & Supplier Management

• Source and manage contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
