Project Planning & Execution

• 3-4 years of UAE experience required
• Plan, schedule, and manage electromechanical projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions when necessary.

· · Supervise MEP installation works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.).

· · Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

· · Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.

· · Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.

· Monitor project costs and control expenditures

· Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Salary will be discussed while interview.
