Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Enclosures, skids, fuel tanks etc. is a plus.
• Plan and monitor the fabrication process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of structural components.
• Ensure that all fabricated components meet project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.
• Liaise with procurement teams for materials sourcing and ensure raw materials comply with standards.
• Review structural drawings and prepare detailed fabrication drawings and shop sketches.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accuracy of drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in steel structural fabrication, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of welding standards, steel grades, and fabrication codes (e.g., AWS, AISC).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and ensure alignment with fabrication processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
