Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individualto join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify sales opportunities and generate new leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Convert prospects into customers and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Issue Resolution & Coordination

  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center role (preferred)
  • Prior experience in call centers will be considered a plus point.
