Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as MEP Project Manager for MEP Contracting Company located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing MEP construction projects from start to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning project timelines, managing project budgets, coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the required specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED35,000.00 per month
