Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Any Technical Certification Required:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and JIRA .
- Strong communication & reporting skills.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- PMP or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of hands-on project management experience
- Exposure to public sector clients or large-scale deployments
- Background in urban infrastructure, technology, or operations-intensive environments will be considered a strong plus
Job Description:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting revenue, site performance,
Violations, and compliance metrics:
- Recommend operational and policy improvements to reduce human dependency,
Automate critical processes, and strengthen internal controls:
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Manage sites performance and ensure presence on site(s).

- Support Business Development Department, as a Proposal Manager, with preparation and

- Liaise with the Project Controls Department for the preparation and consolidation of
Monthly project status reports, ensuring accurate tracking of schedule performance, cost utilization, and key project milestones:
- Coordinate closely on the development, monitoring, and control of project budgets, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identification of potential cost overruns, while ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective measures where required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks without compromising quality or accuracy:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
