Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Manage full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
- Site Management
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure timely availability of materials and labor
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
- Conduct regular meetings and provide progress updates
- Handle client requirements, variations, and approvals
- Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Evaluate quotations and manage subcontractor payments
- Track variations and change orders
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
- Monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance on site
- Conduct inspections and ensure snag-free project delivery
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and delays
- Resolve site issues proactively to avoid project disruption
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial/retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good understanding of project scheduling and budgeting
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera / MS Project is a plus)
- Familiarity with local authority regulations (Qatar / GCC preferred)

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
