Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
  • Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
  • Site Management
  • Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure timely availability of materials and labor
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide progress updates
  • Handle client requirements, variations, and approvals
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs
  • Evaluate quotations and manage subcontractor payments
  • Track variations and change orders
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
  • Monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance on site
  • Conduct inspections and ensure snag-free project delivery
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify potential risks and delays
  • Resolve site issues proactively to avoid project disruption

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial/retail preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
  • Good understanding of project scheduling and budgeting
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera / MS Project is a plus)
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations (Qatar / GCC preferred)

  • Preferred Experience in Qatar or GCC market
  • Valid driving license (often required for site visits)

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Interior Fit-out Project: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
