Responsibilities

Lead discovery and scoping sessions with prospective and existing clients to define project requirements, success criteria, and delivery approach

Author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), translating business needs into clear deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms in partnership with Sales and Solutions Engineering

Own the project plan from kickoff to completion maintaining milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent engagements

Perform resource allocation and capacity planning in coordination with the team, ensuring the right people are assigned at the right time across the project portfolio

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement, managing expectations and communicating progress with clarity and confidence

Facilitate regular stakeholder touchpoints including status calls, milestone sign-offs for both client and internal teams

Partner with Customer Success at project close to ensure a smooth handoff and strong foundation for long-term retention
Requirements:

Customer-facing communication skills and stakeholder management.

1 - 3 years in a project management or delivery role within a B2B SaaS or professional services environment

Experience writing SOWs and managing projects against contracted scope

Confident, polished communicator with a track record of managing senior client stakeholders

Strong command of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet, or equivalent)

Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to bridge conversations between clients and engineering or implementation teams

Experience delivering SaaS implementation or onboarding projects at scale

Familiarity with Jira is a plus

Familiarity with business analysis is a plus.
