Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a Computer Science or IT background who are eager to build their career in project management and client coordination.

You will be responsible for managing client communication, translating requirements into structured documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Convert client requirements into:
• Proposals
• Scope of Work (SOW) documents
• Functional and technical documentation
• Create project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist the sales team in gathering and defining technical requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in the software/IT industry)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
