Project Manager

Alder Home Craft of Nevada is looking to hire a Project Manager. This is a full time position Mon-Fri with some flexibility to create your own schedule. This position will be remote-hybrid, located & operating in Reno, NV and its surrounding areas. Applying Candidate MUST reside in Reno, NV.

Starting pay is $45-60k depending on experience, with health benefits, and PTO upon completion of 90 day probationary period. You will be provided a company phone, laptop/iPad & company vehicle.

About Us- We are a remodel/repair company that specializes in restoring water damaged homes to their original condition.

Responsibilities will include overseeing 20-30 jobs at a time while managing budgets and your subcontractors. You will be evaluated based on how many jobs you can complete and come in on budget each month, as well as your customer service.

Qualifications

- Reside in Reno, NV

- Construction experience, industry experience is a bonus.

- Must have a valid drivers license, and must be able to pass a drug test, physical, and background check, prior to the first day of employment.

- Must have strong communications skills.

- Must have a basic understanding of budgeting.

- Must be proficient with software and technology.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift (8AM-5PM) Monday-Friday (with some flexibility of schedule)

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
