We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership and delivers.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for full lifecycle management of commercial flooring projects—from handoff to final closeout.

This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be driving schedules, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and making sure every job finishes strong and profitable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from start to finish
• Own project budgets, job costing, and overall profitability
• Build and maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Supervisors, crews, and subcontractors
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
• Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and vendors
• Identify risks early and solve problems before they escalate
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on every job

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in construction project management (flooring preferred)
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring systems (carpet, LVT, tile, polished concrete, etc.)
• Strong understanding of commercial estimating
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, job costing)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
