Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the Aluminum & Glazing sector to oversee high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale projects, with deep technical knowledge of aluminum and glazing systems. This role requires a results-driven professional skilled in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. A valid UAE driving license is essential, as the role involves frequent site visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of aluminum and glazing projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Ensure effective collaboration, resource allocation, and overall project success.

Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and proactively address concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Control

• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Implement cost-control measures and track financial performance.

Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, costs, or quality.
• Develop contingency plans and resolve issues proactively.

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Progress Reporting

• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, covering schedules, budgets, and project risks.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in project management, with at least 8 years in aluminum and glazing projects.
• UAE Driving License: Required for regular site visits and client meetings.
• Project Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and large-scale project execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminum and glazing systems, construction techniques, and material specifications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate teams, and manage client expectations effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to proactively address challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and foresight to identify potential issues before they impact project outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
