Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade, Aluminum & Glazing to lead the successful delivery of façade and building envelope projects from award to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing large-scale aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and architectural metal works projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage façade, aluminum, glazing, and architectural metal projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, risks, and resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement, production, installation, and site execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and UAE regulations.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, cladding, or architectural metal works projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, structural glazing, unitized and stick curtain walls, and cladding systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
