Project Manager Analyst

Job Summary:

Reports to: PMO Manager / Programme Manager

Role overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to provide project management office support across a portfolio of projects. This role focuses on maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing governance processes, and providing accurate reporting, rather than owning end-to-end delivery.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and milestones

Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects

Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks

Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and packs

Manage RAID logs, change logs, and document repositories

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums

Track resource allocation and key project metrics

Ensure project documentation aligns with PMO standards

Support audits, assurance activities, and project controls

Maintain consistency across project reporting and templates

Essential skills and experience

Experience in a PMO, project support, or project coordination role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in project tools and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or similar)

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams

Desirable

Experience working in a formal PMO environment

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

Experience with portfolio reporting and senior management packs

PMO, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
