Project Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects using Mivan shuttering / aluminium formwork technology.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil works.
• Prepare and track project timelines, bar charts, and milestone schedules.
• Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, safety, billing, contracts, and procurement teams.
• Ensure quality control, adherence to IS codes, drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor cost control, budgeting, BOQ, RA bills, and material reconciliation.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and labour teams.
• Ensure timely cycle completion in Mivan construction (typically 7–10 day slab cycle).
• Conduct regular site meetings with consultants and clients.
• Ensure safety compliance as per statutory and company norms.
• Handle risk management, technical issues, and on-site problem resolution.
• Ensure smooth handover and project completion within defined timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in high-rise residential / commercial projects
• Expertise in Mivan shuttering / aluminium formwork system
• Excellent knowledge of RCC, formwork systems, finishing works
• Project planning & scheduling (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Cost control & billing knowledge
• Contractor and manpower management
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month

Experience:

• High Rise projects: 5 years (Required)
