Job Title: Project Manager - Civil

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer with 10+ years of GCC experience to join our project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in district cooling systems and large-scale civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise civil works at site, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Coordinate and oversee district cooling system works, including pipelines, chambers, and related infrastructure
• Plan project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, BOQs, and method statements
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and site documentation
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend project meetings
• Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of GCC experience as a Civil Project Engineer
• Proven experience in district cooling systems is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority regulations
• Excellent site coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Salary:

• Salary will be discussed based on experience and interview performance
