Job Overview

Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil construction project management, site supervision, contractor coordination, project scheduling, estimation, budget control, and quality management.

This position is best suited for professionals with hands-on expertise in warehouse facilities, industrial buildings, logistics infrastructure, and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of warehouse, commercial, and industrial civil construction projects
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, work plans, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Oversee site operations, civil works, structural works, fit-out coordination, Fire & Safety, and MEP works.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Control project budgets, variations, claims, and cost overruns
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, local authority approvals, HSE, and QA/QC standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical issue resolution
• Manage procurement schedules, material planning, and supplier coordination
• Lead risk management, issue escalation, and recovery plans for delays
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of project/construction Manager experience and 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction
• Proven experience in warehouse, commercial, industrial, or logistics infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, BOQ, Pricing, contracts, and local regulations
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel reporting
• Excellent leadership, team management, and contractor coordination skills
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities
• Prior experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi / UAE is Mandatory
