Project Manager – Civil (Oil & Gas)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to manage and deliver civil works for oil and gas projects across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site civil construction activities for oil & gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients , consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Enforce HSE policies in line with UAE regulations and project requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance, inspections, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
