Job Title: Project Manager – Building Construction
Location: DHA City, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time ( Stay On-Site)

About the Role:

We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage building construction projects at DHA City, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within the planned timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for project updates.
• Maintain site documentation and ensure compliance with DHA regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of proven experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Primavera is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site at DHA City, Karachi.
