Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Construction) – DHA City, Karachi

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our large-scale construction project located in DHA City, Karachi. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in construction management and demonstrate strong leadership qualities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong background in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor progress on site, prepare reports, and resolve any technical or operational issues.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and site staff efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with senior management and stakeholders regarding project updates.

Location Requirement:

The selected candidate will be required to stay on-site (DHA City, Karachi) to ensure smooth execution and supervision of all activities.
