Project Manager (Construction) – High-End Residential

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in high-end residential new builds and renovations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishing phase of new construction projects and managing renovation projects from concept to completion. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a sharp eye for detail to maintain the quality standards expected in luxury residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finishing Supervision:

Oversee and coordinate all finishing works (interior and exterior) on new build projects, ensuring quality, precision, and design fidelity.

• Full-Cycle Renovation Oversight:

Manage renovation projects from initial design coordination through to final handover, including demolition, structural changes, MEP integration, and interior fit-out.

• Site Inspection & Quality Control:

Perform regular, detailed site inspections across all phases of construction—from foundation to final handover—ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Drawing & Design Review:

Use AutoCAD fluently to interpret, review, and mark up architectural and MEP drawings for clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.

• Project Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date site records, issue reports, progress logs, snag lists, and handover documents.

• Subcontractor Coordination:

Liaise with and supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure timely execution and adherence to project specifications.

• Problem Solving & Technical Support:

Address technical issues on-site swiftly, with solutions that maintain project schedule and quality benchmarks.

• Client Interaction:

Participate in client walkthroughs, snagging sessions, and handover processes; represent the company professionally on-site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in high-end residential construction and renovation.
• Proven experience in managing projects from foundation to handover.
• Fluent in AutoCAD and comfortable working with architectural and MEP layouts.
• Deep understanding of building codes, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, and consultants on luxury residential projects.
• Familiarity with luxury finishes, millwork, bespoke installations, and high-performance building materials.
• Ability to manage multiple renovation projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
