Project Manager - construction industry

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in civil construction, excavation, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, excavation techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and excavation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
