We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of client accounts, manage teams, and make sure everything actually gets done on time.

Role Overview

You’ll be the bridge between clients and our internal team. Your job is simple in theory — keep projects moving, clients happy, and the team accountable.

In reality, it means handling multiple clients, managing SEO, ads, social, and web projects, and making sure nothing slips.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts (UK & international)
• Plan and oversee digital marketing projects (SEO, PPC, social media, web)
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, ads, content, design, dev)
• Conduct regular client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Set deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Track performance and report progress clearly to clients
• Handle client queries and solve problems quickly
• Improve internal processes and workflows

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing project management
• Strong understanding of:
• SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Google Ads / Meta Ads
• Social media marketing
• Experience managing multiple clients at once
• Confident in speaking with UK/US clients
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Ability to lead teams and keep them accountable
• Highly organised and detail-oriented

Bonus (Not Required but Valuable)

• Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or GoHighLevel
• Basic understanding of WordPress / Shopify
• Experience in agency environment
