We are looking for a Digital Project Management Leader for our client operating in the hospitality industry.

About the Position

The Digital Project Management Leader plays a key role in identifying application areas for next-generation technologies in digital transformation and ensuring their implementation.

This position is not limited to managing existing projects; it also involves discovering emerging technologies, aligning them with business objectives, and applying them in a way that produces tangible results. The role covers research and application of technologies such as artificial intelligence, SaaS-based solutions, chatbots, augmented reality, and similar trends into current workflows. Within this scope, responsibilities include developing rapid prototypes and pilot projects, improving operational efficiency, and creating measurable contributions to both guest and employee experience.

The position combines a business development vision with technology, transforms innovative solutions into concrete business value, ensures strong coordination between departments, and successfully drives projects to completion even under uncertain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and implement digital investment opportunities aligned with strategic goals
• Research innovative technologies (AI, SaaS, API/integration solutions, BI, etc.), launch pilot projects, and adapt them to business outcomes
• Collaborate with domestic and international technology providers, evaluate potential partners, and establish partnerships
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines; foresee risks and take action
• Deliver tangible outputs for KPIs such as ROI, revenue growth, and cost optimization
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Develop solutions in compliance with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and international data security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, and business development, with proven success particularly in projects initiated or led personally
• Preferably holds certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent
• Excellent command of English (ability to follow international trends, advanced written and verbal communication skills)
• Ability to systematically research new technologies, understand trends, and determine the right use cases for the company
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain project vision and deliver results even in uncertain environments
• Ability to act as a bridge between departments and stakeholders, driving collaboration towards common goals
• Knowledge and experience in SaaS solutions, artificial intelligence, integration architectures, and BI tools
• Skills in planning, investment feasibility, and ROI analysis
• Experience in collaborating and negotiating with international technology partners
• Proactive, visionary, independent, fast learner, and motivated to translate innovation into business results
