Project Manager – Dry Blend Punjab Project

Location: Punjab, Pakistan

Industry: Construction Chemicals / Dry-Mix Mortars

■ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and execution of our new Dry Blend Plant (civil, mechanical, electrical, commissioning).

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.

• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of plant machinery (mixing, dosing, packing, dust-control).

• Ensure quality compliance, EHS standards, and smooth commissioning.

• Coordinate with R&D; and Technical teams for product formulations (tile adhesives, grouts, plasters, etc.).

• Build and train the operations team for commercial launch.

■ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Civil) or Project Management.

• 7–12 years’ experience in Construction Chemicals, Dry-Mix Mortar, Cement, or Allied Industry.

• Strong knowledge of plant commissioning, quality systems, and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project).

• Proven leadership to deliver projects on time & within budget.
