Job Description

Vogn Digital Pvt LTD is looking for an experienced Project Manager (eBooks) to manage publishing projects from post-sale to final delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients and the production team while maintaining strong client relationships that create opportunities for future upsells.

This role requires someone who understands eBook publishing workflows, client communication, and project coordination with designers, writers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage eBook publishing projects from post-sale onboarding to final delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams including writers, designers, and developers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain strong communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
Ensure client satisfaction and resolve project-related concerns efficiently.
Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades and prepare the ground for the upsell team.
Work closely with the sales and upsell departments to ensure seamless client handover and relationship management.
Monitor project progress using tools such as Trello and manage client communication through GoHighLevel.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in eBook publishing or digital publishing services.
Strong understanding of eBook production workflows (writing, editing, design, formatting, publishing).
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to identify potential upsell opportunities through client engagement.
