Project Manager (Enabling Works)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in enabling works, including piling, shoring, dewatering, and soil improvement. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise enabling works projects including: Piling works, Shoring and excavation support systems, Dewatering systems (DW) and Soil improvement techniques
• Plan, coordinate, and control all site activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget
• Review and approve method statements, technical drawings, and project plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and local regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management
• Manage project risks, variations, and cost control
• Lead site teams, including engineers and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enabling works (piling, shoring, dewatering, soil improvement)
• Strong knowledge of ground engineering and site execution
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
