Project Manager Engineer (Male)

Hermas Interiors LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager Engineer (Male) to oversee and manage our interior fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of interior fit-out and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and work programs.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and monitor usage against project requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings with the team and report progress to management and clients.
• Handle project documentation, contracts, and authority approvals.
• Resolve project-related issues, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male applicant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project management within the interior fit-out, construction, or design industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
