ISP Project Manager ESG Role ProfilePurpose of Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the Group ESG team in the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic ESG programmes across our Group, achieving defined objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. The individual will be responsible for gathering and organising project requirements, project planning, tracking project progress, maintaining relevant documentation, and ensuring effective coordination amongst stakeholders. In addition to project management, the role will also involve leading and driving the implementation of selected workstreams, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and achieving intended impact. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to succeed in a global matrix organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Administrative and Project Support:-
Provide administrative and strategic project support to Group Head of ESG and help sustainability team drive key initiatives forward

Manage and coordinate critical projects and ad hoc requests that enhance organizational ESG impact and achieve team goals

Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for steering committee, leadership updates, and other internal communications

Assist with shareholder/board reporting, project progress reports, GHG audits and assurance processes
Project Management and Tracking-
Utilise the appropriate project management tools to monitor project progress and ensure timely updates

Develop and maintain project trackers, charts, and dashboards to provide clear visibility into project statuses

Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged
- Define clear agenda for project meetings, document and follow up on key action items and decisions from meetings

Proactively identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
Project Analysis and Documentation-
Gather and analyse project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives leading to measurable impact

Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and standards operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes, tools, and systems used within the organisation

Continuously collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of workflows and business processes

Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements
Implementation Leadership-
Lead and manage specific ESG workstreams from design through execution, taking ownership for delivery of key initiatives

Translate project plans into actionable steps, coordinating resources and ensuring milestone are met

Troubleshoot challenges during implementation and develop practical solutions to keep initiatives on track

Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication-
Act as a bridge between different teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Provide timely project updates and reports to all stakeholders including leadership teams

Support teams in the adoption of best practices in project and process management, through administration of and updates to ESG Community of Practice, among others

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and lead training related to processes, best practices, etc

Gather relevant information and impact of projects to write case studies, draft the annual sustainability report according to agreed timelines
Skills, Qualifications and experience-
Project Management and Delivery: 5+ years of experience in administration or project management, ideally with exposure to ESG or sustainability. Competent in managing projects from scoping through to delivery, consistently meeting high standards and deadlines. Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sustainability, or related field preferred. Certification in Project management (PMP, PRINCEW2, Agile) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.

Quick to get up to speed on new or existing initiatives and able to take ownership of advancing efforts to deliver high-quality outcomes in priority workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building collaborative relationships across teams and cultures. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively. Experience in creating and delivering ESG/sustainability reports for multinational organizations in accordance with recognised standards a plus.
