Project Manager – Events & Exhibition Production

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the end-to-end management of events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise onsite installations and dismantling, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions quickly during project execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events and exhibitions industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of production processes, materials, and event logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
