Project Manager – Façade Division

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade Division with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in managing façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering façade works from design to installation while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end façade projects (design coordination, procurement, fabrication, and installation).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
• Control costs and manage variations and claims.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in façade projects (aluminum, glass, curtain wall, cladding, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-rise or complex façade projects.
• Familiarity with international standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
