Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade to lead and manage façade and aluminum projects from planning through execution and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade construction, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage façade and aluminum projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement planning, and risk management.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of assigned projects.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement and timely delivery of façade materials, systems, and components.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to review progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical submissions related to façade systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project engineers, site engineers, and installation teams.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in façade, aluminum, or curtain wall construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems, and structural façade components.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
