Responsibilities:

Demonstrated commitment towards observing the company’s integrated management system comprising; Quality, OH&S and Environmental including all company policies, client satisfaction, continual improvement, stated objectives and goals, individual job descriptions, company’s procedures and safe work method statements.

Work in association with the design, projects and administration team to develop project costing’s.

Developing, implementing, and administering procurement operations and other related projects as assigned.

Preparation of budget costing for submission to clients.

Work within the procedures set out in the Management of Contractors Manual.

Optimizing cost of purchases.

Managing the contracts of main suppliers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction level as per company targets.

Reducing costs and ensuring delivery of best quality service from suppliers.

Oversee budget costing and ensure conformity before issuing to the client.

Develop required procurement reports for management.

Negotiate with supply chain to ensure obtains the best market rates.

Develop and implement standard costing sheet and monitor with market fluctuations.

Monitor project costing from development right through to completion of project, including updating variations and cost plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
