PROJECT MANAGER (High Rise/Tower Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise/tower construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-rise/tower construction projects from initiation to handover
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and regulations
• Manage project costs, variations, and contract administration
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction projects
• Mandatory experience in high-rise/tower projects (Qatar or GCC)
• Proven track record of managing large-scale tower projects
