What You ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, managing negotiations, scope changes, and business development opportunities
• Develop, implement, and oversee detailed project execution plans, safety programs, and quality assurance measures
• Define technical requirements, monitor project deliverables, and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget commitments
• Lead all aspects of project management including planning, design coordination, construction supervision, procurement, and financial controls
• Delegate responsibilities across multidisciplinary project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to ensure effective task delivery
• Oversee mobilization, resource allocation, and staffing requirements in coordination with internal teams
• Identify risks, delays, or budget variances early and implement mitigation or corrective measures to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate reporting systems, progress updates, and documentation for senior management and clients
• Drive adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases
• Represent Parsons at key client and stakeholder meetings, providing expert input and strategic direction
