Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, and site staff. The candidate must be decisive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design to final handover.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, scope, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of interior designers, draftsmen, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination between departments.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and ability to review and validate drawings in line with project scope and standards.
- Ensure all design and technical drawings are accurate, coordinated, and approved prior to execution.
- Identify discrepancies and provide solutions in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle client requirements, feedback, and approvals efficiently.
Site Management:
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections regularly.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Scope & Variation Management:
- Maintain a clear understanding of the project scope of work.
- Identify additional or out-of-scope work and prepare variation orders accordingly.
- Ensure proper documentation and client approval for all variations.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain and manage all project documentation including:
- Drawing approvals and logs
- Material submittals and approvals
- Inspection requests and reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards, authority regulations, and safety requirements.
Communication & Reporting:
- Ensure smooth and clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Escalate critical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design/fit-out project management
- UAE experience is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:

- Ability to manage deadlines and budgets efficiently
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and standards (preferred)
Candidate mush have a valid driving license and a car.
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
