Interior Architect / Designer (Furniture & Furnishings Specialist)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect or Interior Designer with a strong background in the furniture and furnishings industry. This role is a unique blend of technical design (2D/3D) and high-end sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into realistic design concepts and driving those designs to a successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Visualization: Create professional 2D layouts and high-end 3D renderings (3ds Max / SketchUp) that showcase furniture and furnishing solutions.
• Architectural Consultation: Provide expert advice on space planning, material selection, and interior detailing to residential and commercial clients.
• Technical Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process by presenting design proposals and using technical knowledge to build trust and close deals.
• Custom Furniture Development: Handle "Bespoke" and custom-made furniture projects, ensuring technical drawings are accurate for production.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits for precise measurements and to ensure that the interior solutions align with the architectural space.
• Project Follow-up: Coordinate between the client and the production team to ensure the final delivery matches the approved design.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Furniture & Furnishings sector (Showroom experience is a plus).
• Software Mastery: Expert level in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), or SketchUp.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong sales and persuasion skills with a professional, client-focused attitude.
• Language: Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D renderings and technical furniture drawings.
