We're Hiring: Project Manager for Interior Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our high-end villa interior projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in technical, site execution, and project leadership, with a proven track record in managing High-End projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of villa interior projects.
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Lead on-site teams and monitor daily progress to meet deadlines.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Luxury villa interior project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project reporting and coordination with stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

Specialization in luxury villas and residential developments.
Knowledge of local construction norms and authority approval processes.
