Job Title: Project Manager – Fit Out Department:* Projects / Operations Reporting To:* General Manager / Director Job Summary:

The Project Manager – Fit Out is responsible for leading, managing, and executing interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards. The candidate must have proven experience working on Istanbul Airport projects or similar large-scale airport interior developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
  • Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Supervise project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and work programs.
  • Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety procedures on site.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, or cost overruns proactively.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure proper documentation of all project activities.
  • Ensure successful project handover with all required close-out documents and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Experience with Istanbul Airport or other major airport interior projects is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-end interior projects (hospitality, airport lounges, or commercial developments).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools, contract management, and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
