The ideal candidate will support the Managing Director’s Office in executing digital transformation, technology governance, and process optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage delivery of key digital and technology transformation projects.

Monitor project progress, KPIs, and risk indicators, escalating issues as required.

Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance to the MD Office and stakeholders.

Collaborate with IT, CRM, and transformation teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Support vendor coordination, technology governance, and process compliance activities.

Assist in preparing documentation, project plans, and status presentations for leadership review.

Execution and coordination of MD Office technology and digital initiatives.

Support for system integration, automation, and platform modernization programs.

Governance and reporting for digital transformation and IT delivery performance.

Cross-functional coordination with IT, CRM, and business stakeholders.

Implementation of dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools (PowerBI, Excel).
Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or IT operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with project tracking and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Jira, MS Project).

Knowledge of digital process automation, CRM, or enterprise platforms preferred.

PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple technology projects under tight deadlines.
