Project Manager (IT Industry)

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing multiple software development projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a solid background in requirement analysis, task management, and delivery validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements, scope, and objectives clearly.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct audits and validations of project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
• Communicate effectively between clients and the development team to bridge any gaps in understanding.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers and resolve them proactively.
• Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (education is secondary to experience).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management within a software house.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in requirement understanding, task assignment, and project delivery validation is a must.
