Project Manager, Landscape

Position Overview

C Global Construction, a high-end construction and property management company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Landscape Project Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial landscape projects from inception through completion.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage budgets, schedules, trade partners, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all landscape construction activities in partnership with the onsite Superintendent.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent).
  • Direct subcontractors and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and project specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Approve subcontractor invoices through Procore and coordinate with accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management.
  • Required: Hands-on experience using Procore (project management, submittals, RFIs, and billing).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Landscape & hardscape construction
    • Underground utilities
    • Plantings and topsoil
    • Structural and architectural components
    • MEPS systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing review.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling software).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience. (Must)
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools.
  • Background in high-end residential or large commercial landscape projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and green infrastructure practices.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and active construction site environments.
  • Frequent site visits requiring walking on uneven terrain and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Must be able to travel between project sites as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
