Project Manager – Medical Sector

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of initiatives related to niche medical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the North American healthcare market, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure timely and compliant delivery of projects.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and stakeholder collaboration within regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for medical sector initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within allocated resources.

2. Market Research & Strategic Input

• Conduct research to identify niche opportunities, market trends, and unmet needs within the healthcare sector.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to support informed decision-making for product and market strategies.
• Provide strategic insights to support product positioning and growth initiatives.

3. Product & Go-To-Market Support

• Support go-to-market planning and execution for niche medical products.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to develop product documentation, case studies, and educational materials.
• Ensure alignment between product objectives, marketing efforts, and compliance standards.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a central point of coordination between product development, marketing, sales, clinical, and regulatory teams.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Incorporate feedback from healthcare providers and internal teams into project improvements.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Define KPIs and success metrics related to project outcomes, adoption, and engagement.
• Track progress, analyze performance data, and identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular project updates and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or health-tech industry.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of North American healthcare systems, including compliance considerations (FDA, HIPAA).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear project plans.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in the medical or healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with medical product development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of emerging healthcare technologies (e.g., AI in healthcare, telehealth platforms).

Experience using project management and analytics tools.
