Project Manager (MEP)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate several construction projects (MEP) simultaneously from inception to completion.
  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and cost; resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress, and handover.
  • Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management within the construction/general contracting sector, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including residential, commercial, or industrial types.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, and contract administration (FIDIC preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
  • MMUP/UPDA certification (advantageous).
