Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate several construction projects (MEP) simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and cost; resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress, and handover.
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management within the construction/general contracting sector, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including residential, commercial, or industrial types.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, and contract administration (FIDIC preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
- MMUP/UPDA certification (advantageous).
