Project Manager – MEP

Job Summary

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to manage residential projects, including villas and compounds. The role involves end-to-end management of MEP works, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery in line with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP works for residential and villa projects.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE codes.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and technicians.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Track progress, manage variations, resolve site issues, and prepare reports and handover documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Strong experience in residential MEP projects (villas/compounds).
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience with MEP contracting companies handling residential developments.
• Exposure to villa landscaping
