Job Title: Offshore Construction Project Manager – Civil & MEP

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex Civil and MEP operations for our offshore construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle project operations for offshore Civil and MEP works.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within offshore construction.
• Strong hands-on experience in Civil and MEP project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale offshore projects independently.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
