ROLE PURPOSE:
Project Manager to manage organization of key Procurement Projects (including Outsourcing Program) ensuring effective project standards providing support, training, and oversight.
Take an active role in the development and maintenance of the Project Portfolio.
Plan and project-manage multiple projects within Procurement defined milestones. Ensure timely project delivery. Build, manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Participate in defining scope, and make sure of clear Business requirements. Handle / Deliver the assigned Tasks as per the agreed-on scope and according to the bank policy and procedure. Deliver the assigned Tasks on time. Prepare, Maintain and Update the required documents, and produce MIs.
Responsibilities
oCoordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects
oEnsure that all projects are delivered on time.
oDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
oDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress.
oPredict requirements and workload to reach objectives and manage projects in an effective and efficient manner.
oUtilize industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire projects execution.
oUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope & schedule, if any.
oMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
oReport and escalate to management as needed.
oManage the relationship with all internal stakeholders including control functions, audit & relevant management/board forums.
oPerform risk management to minimize project risks.
oCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
oReport project progress in line with stated policies and procedures within the organisation, including ensuring that any requests for information on projects from the programme manager and other senior staff within the organisation are answered in a timely manner.
oPerform other related duties as assigned
