Project Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of real estate development projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from concept to handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RERA, and local regulations
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and variations
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings
• Manage risks, delays, and cost overruns
• Report project status to management regularly

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 12–15 years experience in real estate development (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods & contracts
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
