Project Manager - Scrum Master

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills to ensure successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams
• Track and control program schedule, budget, risks, and issues
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level updates
• Drive issue resolution, decision making, and escalation management
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and standards
• Manage vendors and third party partners as required
• Support change management and adoption activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering complex programs
• Strong project and program governance expertise
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing cross functional and distributed teams
• Strong risk management and problem solving capabilities

Good to Have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in program management roles (preferred)
